James 1:5

Decisions come in every situation of life. Even simple decisions as brushing my teeth or what t-shirt am I wearing today have consequences. Most of the times, in our imprudence, we take certain details and actions for granted. We need wisdom to take these decisions correctly. Although experience helps us, situations can vary and leave us with an uncertain movement. Then is where wisdom takes action, but for being able to have a good development; wisdom most be in ourselves and not any kind of wisdom: heavenly wisdom who es given by our heavenly Father.  We can develop in different areas of our lives, such as: emotional, physical, intellectual or spiritual. For sure we are not in the same level of growth for each area. The growth can vary, mostly by our convictions and our taken decisions. It is noble to want to grow, but for being able to grow in the correct way we most first see how has been our walk. That will lead us to what we have done correct and wrong, to failing and succee

Psalms 111:10

Wisdom is something we aren’t born with, but we can attain it. It is surely that is a process, if we are looking for it fearing God would be the starting point. But what is to fear Him? I believe is to humble to Him, acknowledge Him as a Father and Lord, and accepting his correction. There would be no fear if don’t respect his sacrifice on the cross. After receiving salvation through his blood, our life is going to be changed. Our past must be left behind, acting to honor and please Him is our new habit. He also corrects to those who He love. We are his beloved then we need to trust in Him. As we know Him more, our trust increases too. Being in humbleness and open hearted will allow us to hear what God wants us to do, to think, and to hear. Then is when wisdom will start to grow in us.  When we obey and follow His word it is because we know what it is right and wrong. Our correct judgement must keep going, sometimes is going to be hard; but, I rather prefer that than start walking

James 3:13-17

We need to meditate in ourselves: searching for our daily actions. What conduct have we been having lately? James invites us to demonstrate the wisdom we have. Therefore, I believe all that we do has the DNA of our wisdom. It is said that what we do is whom we are, wisdom will help us to be that person that God wants for us. If we start to see that we are not even close to be humble, we then need to be careful, since two types of wisdom exist. Heavenly and earthly wisdom, there is no reason that if we are acting with rivalry and malevoly for us to say we have a heavenly wisdom. There is no worse blind, than the one who don’t wants to see. Cheating on us will only lead us to unsatisfaction and failing. Humans in flesh will always want to show off what they are made of, wisdom is one of those. We usually like the idea that we are better than other people, just for our own satisfaction. But I don’t see better satisfaction than doing my Fathers will and letting Him lead my life with wisdo

Mark 10:47-49

Jesus was being followed by a multitude of people while He was exiting the city. Bartimeo needed to recognize Jesus’s voice. In life there will always be other voices besides Jesus. People’s opinions, devil’s tramps and circumstances will come into our ears, but is us who decides to which voice listen to. The HS is able to guide us and give us discerning. We shall not go for the first voice we hear, patience and faith are needed for this.  I believe Bartimeo received his vision back because he was in the correct location and correct moment. We need to seek the Lord daily, it is a relationship. Our part must be done,  all that we are able and capable of: move, pray, walk, or whatever is needed; but to be there only waiting for Jesus to appear. Just as Bartimeo did, he shouted and shouted for Jesus. We must be realistic, the path seeking and waiting for Him will be full of opposition. The crowd was against Bartimeo, they didn’t want him to meet Jesus. People will be angry or env

Luke 8:22-25

Jesus won’t invite, He will appear to us and say: “Come with me” (Matthew 4:19) or “Go”. It will be usually a command or an imperative action. To go with Him, means to go from point A to point B, from one status to another status, from sickness to health, from death to life. There is no doubt, that He will keep His promise: no matter what happens, He’ll be with us (and I will be with you till the end of the world).  To walk, to go, to change, to speak and all of these things have a purpose and a timing in His perfect plan. He won’t invite us unless He knows we can make it through. In every situation and every circumstance, we have already been empowered (look for the verse). Therefore, we shall have no doubt that the spirit that lives in Him is in us; through Him nothing is impossible.  The boat can refer to the acknowledgement of the gospel and faith, safeness with Jesus; the water around the boat can refer to the bunch of problems, sins and internal situations. The air/storm

Matthew 8:9-10

By the time that the centurion encountered Jesus, Jesus had already started to be known for making miracles. The news were spreading, and fast. For sure, the centurion knew about Him. and somehow, could figure out that Jesus is Lord, and King.  The centurion for being a soldier knew how commands and authority worked. When you are in authority you expect that whoever is below you will attend to you. Jesus has authority of this world, surely the centurion knew that a word of Jesus was all he needed. And so it was, it happened.  There can be two perspectives for Jesus, some could have seen Him like a simple man, others could recognize who he really is (Just as Peter did: now you are the Christ the son of God). Lets think for a while, if there is a person that can heal the wounded, give vision to blind, cleans leprocy, etc. Easily can come to our minds that this person has powers and that for any reason nature responds to his voice. Now we have the help of the HS (1 cor 12:3 - the

Hebrews 11:6

While I was meditating of these verse, a humming bird came to my sight. It was flying really fast, drawing close to a flower. This bird believes that the flower exists, and that it is going to get food from it.  That representation got me thinking, that this verse talks about a relationship. This relationship is  established by faith between the members. In a dualistic view, both members (mostly) want to get to know each other, start doing things to one another expecting to get them happy; safety is a huge part to build a good relationship. Trust must be present so that relationship can continue, because when you start to have doubts on the other member member, unreliability comes and then the relationship just  can’t be healthy.  Our relationship with Dad starts when we believe in Him. He, since the beginning of the creation, expected this relationship with his sons and daughters. Our faith brings Him joy, because if there is faith.. the connection starts.

Hebrews 11:1

It seems that for all our lives and during every phase, we humans actually keep on wishing, wanting, and expecting  for something to happen or to come up to. Most of us will be influenced by the circumstances in our lives and the words of other people. It seems that we are constantly under pressure and bombarded with things that we don’t  even expect; like if we would become the person that the circumstances are dictating or what other people  are saying. Our expectations of life and the desires or hopes of our heart are biased to the wrong way.  Hebrews helps us define what faith really is, if we pay close attention. It is faith that is what holds all of these points, letting  us know what really is going wrong is our faith’s direction. We have the steering wheel of our own faith, it is us who  decide where we want it to be anchored or to whom or what we rely it on.  During my life I have been always a dreamer, having life goals, and constantly looking towards the
